Course Aim: ICS FirstImpressions is a 20 hours activity-based improvement course for individuals aspiring to become Customer Service Professionals.
It provides a foundation in the knowledge, understanding and skills required by people in front-line customer service roles.
ICS FirstImpressions helps delegates think about the customer service they provide and learn how to apply best practice in order to support their organisation in developing and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
Length: Three days held one week apart plus 4 hour Workplace Assignment
