How to Manage and Reduce Stress

For managers and professionals faced with challenging and demanding situations.

Course Aim: To provide participants with practical strategies for managing and reducing stress effectively. By the end of the day participants will learn how to:

  • Identify stress and how it affects behaviou/performance
  • Distinguish between pressure and stress
  • Recognise personal stress symptoms and responses
  • Use quick strategies for reducing stress in the short term
  • Reducing the impact of stressful memories
  • Get out of anxious and unhelpful states
  • Create resourceful states under pressure to perform
  • Use concerns as valuable information to avoid crises
  • Maintain a state of low stress and high energy long term
