Course Aim: To enable delegates to write clear and effective letters, memos and emails.

Objectives: Delegates will learn how to:

  • Use the right type of letter for the situation
  • Plan to achieve results
  • Write from the reader’s point of view
  • Set the right tone for the circumstances
  • Write plain and concise English
  • Recognise and correct common mistakes
  • Write confidently and professionally
