Arranging Meetings

For senior adminstative staff with responsibility for arranging meetings
Course Aim: To enable participants to make all the necessary arrangements for a successful meeting

Objectives: By the end of the course participants will improve their ability to:

  • Contribute to clear and purposeful agendas
  • Use timed checklists to replicate successful practices with less effort
  • Take accurate minutes at meetings
  • Deal confidently and assertively with senior professionals
  • Reduce the stress associated with the administration role
  • Translate learning into action in the office

    09:30 Contribute to clear and purposeful agendas

    10:45 Use timed checklists to replicate successful practices with less effort
