Mindful Stress Management

Staff who would like to reduce stress and increase satisfaction at work

Course Aim:
The stress management techniques you learn will not only reduce work related stress, but will also increase your energy and satisfaction at work.

You will learn how to:

  • Take stock of what's working and what could be different
  • Recognise working patterns that help or hinder your performance
  • Explore thought and behaviour patterns and focus on those that really work for you
  • Recognise the link between stress reduction and 'mindfulness'
  • Use practical 'mindfulness' techniques to improve your responses and focus at work
  • Work more effectively in high pressure and uncertain environments
