Sarah Brimelow

Sarah Brimelow is a consultant,
trainer, coach and facilitator. She works
nationally and internationally and has expertise in outcome measurement and
quality assurance, training and service design. She has an MSc in
Human Resource Development and is a certified member of the Association of
Coaching. She has over fifteen years experience as a senior operational
and strategic manager within the public and non-profit sectors specialising
in criminal justice. She has been a member of the Parole Board and currently
sits on the Home Office Victims' Advisory Panel.s

Nicky Moran

Nicky Moran is experienced
in project management, customer liaison, design, and train-the-trainer. She
has led a variety of learning projects including leadership and customer
service training. She has delivered Institute of Customer Service
accredited courses, as well as bespoke customer service training programmes.
Nicky has delivered customer service training using actors for a wide range of
organisations including Gatwick Express, Friends Provident Hackney Homes, Hillingdon & Lambeth
Councils, Mid-Suffolk District Council and Transport for London.

Associate Training Consultant

Nick is a consultant, coach & trainer working with change leaders, managers and their teams to achieve their goals, bring about change, and improve their effectiveness. He has a strong belief, borne out in practice, in people’s intelligence and ability to change organisations and their own situation for the better, when given the opportunity.
Nick has conducted a wide variety of change management, leadership, and team development projects, during his twenty years' experience as a manager and consultant, with both commercial and public sector organisations.
