We design all our activities and all our course materials in a style and language that everyone will find clear. Our trainers encourage all course members to contribute and they make sure everyone feels his or her contribution added something important.

We are great believers in diversity. Everyone who attends one of our courses is an individual with his or her own individual way of learning. For this reason, our programmes include a varied range of learning methods. We aim to make everyone feel comfortable within the group and to give everyone the best possible environment in which to learn.

We check the feedback we receive from participants carefully. If evidence of any form of discrimination emerges, we deal with it promptly.
